My daughter has a skin rash that has been developing for two weeks now.she was diagnosed with eczema when she was 2weeks we took her to a specialist who prescribed a topical steroid cream (persivate) with classic cream now its not working.what to do?

Adjust treatment: Your daughter may have allergies and I would recommend noting any worsening of her skin condition with certain foods or exposures. Testing may help to define the allergic responses. Avoid dust, smoke and any possible triggers. Regarding her steroid cream the dose may need to be adjusted, avoid immersion in water, use a gentle baby fragrance free moisturizer several times per day. Derm referral.
