My 16 year old daughter has a rash on her leg , knee and ankle that looks like psoriasis or eczema. the pharmacy gave her texa allergy pills and cream but it doesn't seem to be working . what else can she do. thanks?

Get examined: The best treatment comes after an exam by a knowledgeable doc who identifies the real issue & treats accordingly. I would expect no benefit to either of your assumed labels with allergy pills. You did not list what the cream is but good treatments for the wrong problem seldom help. Without an exam or detailed description the cause/type of rash cannot be labeled.
