A member asked:

Can pelvicalyceal system dialation be a sign of cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Unless the tumor is in the pelvis of the kidney, it would not cause dilatation of the system. A tumor in pelvis is likely to present with hematuria/blood in urine.
