Drink water: If you've stopped vomiting, it's cause has resolved, and sore throat wasn't first (strep), you just need to heal. If you have swelling in your throat making your breathing noisy or difficult, or if you are unable to swallow water or keep it down, go to the ER now. If you can take ibuprofen (liquid children's ibuprofen will work) it should help. Avoid solid food and acidic drinks for a day or so.
