A high fever on/off for the past few days and throwing up bloody mucus and green mucus because i tend to swallow it and throat/tonsils are sore?

Go to a MD now: After reading your present symptoms, it is obvious that you could have several possible conditions, including treatable infections like sinusitis and tonsillitis. So you need to go to your pcp or ENT immediately, and if you cannot get in to see them now, there are urgent care physicians who are open now that will be able to help you.
