My baby of 10 months has a wet cough but no fever. what medicine can i give her?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Comfort care: Studies in the US have found little to no benefit to any cough/cold preparations. They commonly thicken secretions and make it more difficult to cough up retained mucus. As such none are recommended at that age. Comfort measures focusing on maintaining nutrition & fluid intake are used. A cool mist vaporizer can be helpful in dry environments.
