My twin babies got vaccinated with mmr first dose, after 1 week they got fever, cough n cold..what should i do?

Not related to shot: With it being a week later, the symptoms are likely not related to the shot. Treat this like you would any other illness. It could be just a cold and give tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever greater than 101. If the fever continues have your pediatrician take a look.

MMR: MMR can cause a mild fever cough and fold 7. -10 days after vaccination. Just give supportive treatment like fever reducers .
