Is a head lag a concern in babies aged 4 months? what is it indicative of?

Head lag: At 4 months, head lag is not uncommon and can be within normal. However, if not pulling to stand, rolling over or just reduced muscle tone in neck, should be referred to a pediatric neurologist for further evaluation for reassurance.
