No: You may want to try some simple efforts that get baby into a different head position. Babies that age will usually turn their head in the direction that a caretaker would come in to tend them. If you alternate head to foot placement so her head position alternates it will help. When she spends more time sitting up, the gravity pressure on her skull stops keeping it flat. It should self correct.
