A member asked:

If you eat 2 servings of something that has <1 carb does that mean you had 1 whole card?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Carbohydrate Counts: 1 serving of carbohydrate equals 15 grams of carbohydrate. Look at the nutritional information on the package or google it for fresh foods. For example, 1 slice of bread has 15 grams of carbohydrates, thus 1 slice is 1 carb serving. If you are trying to eat a low carb diet, eat no more than 2 carb servings per breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat no more than 1 carb serving per snack.
