once diagnosed with insulin resistance can one improve insulin sensitivity as a healthy person and never develop diabetes?eat low carb diet

Insulin resistance: Yes, this can be reversed w/diet and lifestyle changes. Please see your doctor and ask him/her about a low carb higher good fat food plan. Cinnamon on your food can help as can a supplement called chromium but ask your doc. If you are overweight, the low carb plan will help you loose weight. Peace and good health.
