PCOS ?'s: Skin tags are not related to PCOS, and are benign. PCOS is best treated (once the diagnosis is certain) with oral bcp's, which prevent long term effects on the uterine lining from high estrogen levels associated with PCOS. Consult your gyn physician for his/her recommendations for using low dose bcp's.
