Dental: issues need to be resolved. If you have an abcess it will only get worse w/out treatment. If you have difficulty locating a dentist please see your family doctor who will likely have a referral for you. Peace and good health.

Toothache: Pain from fractured and/or infected teeth will not self-heal. You need professional Dental care. Ask friends, coworkers, your Physician, local Dental Society for recommendations. You may need occlusion, root canal, extraction and replacement, night guard treatment. Seek quality rather than bargain care, cheaper in the long run.
