Salt water is great: Warm salt water is a very beneficial solution that help to increase the blood flow when swished in the mouth. In addition, the rinse will dislodge loose debris. It does not speed up decay, in fact, the cleaning with salt water, especially made with tap water that has fluoride within help to fight decay. I you have used an antibacterial rinse that has stained your teeth, brush with toothpaste.

Salt water: Salt waterdoes not cause gum recession, bacterial infection/malocclusion/improper brushing does. Salt water does not cause cavities, and may actually slow progression of the infection. Antibacterial wash will not cure gum disease or cavities. Discoloration, gum treatment, cavity restoration, can all be provided by yourDentisst. Please, you need professional care.
