Salt water rinse: I advise my patients to use salt water after almost every procedure i do. There are prescription rinses like the one in the picture that do very well, but they stain your teeth and patients hate that. Warm salt water also does very well as long as u use it for one full minute sevral times a day make sure you see a dentist for a diagnosis first.
