likely :canker sore: If you also feel some pain and discomfort in the lesion/pimple like area, and it stays less than, or around 14 days, then most likely it. Is canker sore, or aphtus, there are simple ways to remedy that.

Dental evaluation: You will need a dental evaluation. Likely dental fistula is present. But to rule it out and evaluate the case you will need to see a dentist and X-ray to evaluate adjacent teeth. Pain may not need yo be present to have an issue.
