Hi i have bad pain below my bottom teeth in the gum at the root of the teeth, i have taken paracetamol & rinsed with salt water but still painfull ?

Infection: Probably an abscess, an infection, but there are other possible reasons. Pills will not cure an infected tooth . You actually need hands-on dental care. Please don't delay. See a Dentist quickly, before the spreading infection damages other organ systems.
