Having chest tightness for a few days. comes and goes. also feel tightness/ache on sides. no pain, just tension feeling upper chest, along sternum & side of chest. have asthma & anxiety. had ecg month ago & was fine. how can i get rid of this? thanks

Likely your asthma: Recommend seeing your doctor to r/o any heart condition but it is likely your asthma. You will need to see your provider to adjust your medication.

Asthma plan: Avoid smoke and allergic triggers such as dust. Discuss pulmonary function testing and the use of Albuterol with your physician. If you are using Albuterol and still are having symptoms, consider a controller medication such as inhaled steroids. A virtual consult is also available and may provide additional information for you and your physician. Rule out other causes.
