Be aware: 24y female has IBS-c, normal recent colonoscopy & currently "hard stools" with single episode of "bloody mucous"; probably from mechanical injury to rectal mucosa. Report to doctor if blood is recurrent or generous. Pharmacologics are available from doctors for IBS-c, which is a functional problem. See comments:
