Interpretations: I would suspect any radiologist making such a statement prefaced it with something like "suggestive of " and "as evidenced by" . These docs interpret the shadows and leave it to the ordering doctors to sort out what it means for the patient. I would discuss it with the physician who ordered the x-rays.
