What is the likelihood of a teenager with hypertension developing an abdominal aortic aneurysm?

Rare: By definition rare things seldom happen. If the kid has Marfan syndrome or other tissue disorder they have aneurysms at the base of their big blood vessels. Teens with HTN just need a good evaluation & followup & they live a long productive life, without such problems.
