Close observation: It sounds like you have a couple different issues that require regular observation. While your aortic root diameter does not suggest that surgery is needed at this time, your blood pressure needs strict control and regular imaging studies can detect enlargement. And if your pvcs are not well controlled on tambocor (flecainide) or if you have more than 10-15, 000 per day, catheter ablation can be a good option.
