20 years ago i had ct scan to determine appendicitis. they pumped dyes in me. very uncomfortable if i recall correctly. do they still do this today?

Selectively: in some cases where ultrasound or other diagnostic modalities are inconclusive, and moreover, intravenous dyes are more used than oral or rectal contrast dyes during CT scans to diagnose appendicitis, best wishes
