Little spots of bloo: coming from where? is it from your genital tract (vagina) ? or from your respiratory tract (nose or mouth)? if the former, kindly see your obstetrician, if from the latter, saline nasal washes, and salt water gargles would help, together with OTC cough meds, but use with caution and read the labels carefully, hydrate yourself well, if no improvement, see your doctor, wish you a healthy pregnancy
