I have seen tiny blood spots in my nose mucous, for last 2mnths.no flue or cough but mucous present sometimes in throat n nose.why?shud i go to doctor?

Most likely dryness: Small spots of blood especially if from both sides are often from dryness, viral illness, or allergy. All these conditions can also, cause excessive drainage. Start with salt water rinse then follow with saline gel, or even better, sesame oil 3-4 drops to the bloody side 2-3 times daily. If these suggestions don't help then seek medical care.
