A doctor has provided 1 answer

OTC antihistamines: When you are breastfeeding, you can generally take meds that were allowed during your pregnancy. You may be able to take over-the-counter antihistamines such as claritin, zyrtec, or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) without any risk. Drink lots of fluids and use saline in your nose. Call your doctor if you have a fever >101 or not improving.
