Past 20 days i have blocked nose and dry cough including mild fever 37.5. blood test are normal eosinophils counts are 7.1 currently on airfast. i'm getting fever every 24 hrs 37.5 and it goes down without any medication? should i be worried?

You do not have fever. 37.0C is the average body temperature, not the maximum normal. Everybody's temperature fluctuates over the day, usually highest late afternoon or evening and 37.5 is normal. Your slighly high eosinophil count could indicate an allergic problem (which fits with your nasal congestion and cough) or parasitic infection. Probably not serious, but check with a doctor to be sure.
