You do not have fever. 37.0C is the average body temperature, not the maximum normal. Everybody's temperature fluctuates over the day, usually highest late afternoon or evening and 37.5 is normal. Your slighly high eosinophil count could indicate an allergic problem (which fits with your nasal congestion and cough) or parasitic infection. Probably not serious, but check with a doctor to be sure.
