I tried the anti fungal cream and it doesn't seem to be fungal but eczema please help? it keeps coming and going 3de time it's coming back do i need to take him to a skin dr? as their cream for eczema? to take it away for good?

Some basics: Eczema is a lifelong condition marked by periods of flare up & later resolution. Since you have not provided any description of the issue beyond your self diagnosis it is hard to provide any reasoned answer. You need to make a list of you symptoms & past attempts to treat & take it with you to a visit where it can be examined.
