Have hx of ida. cbc today showed 8.7% atypical/reactive lymph. it has always been 0%. lymphs are 18.3% and abs lymph is 1.49thous/ul.

? viral infection: concurrent viral infection can show such picture, not related to the anemia that you had before. A repeat CBC , if needed, later on would normalize, confer with your doctor about your test results and concerns, wish you wellness
