Bilateral Injection: Sometimes the body responds to injections differently. There may be some swelling in one and not the other. Nerve symptoms would be shooting pain to the leg. If so then go back and see the physician that injected you.

Left lower back, buttock, leg pain 3weeks. 10 days of steriod no help. Pain worse when sitting, standing & walking. Pain varies, worst in buttock. Tried piriformis stretches but increases pain.
When I sit I have a sharp pain in my right buttock, doesnt radiate down my leg. Had an MRI that showed tears in the gluteus medius but ortho said it doesnt mean anything. Had SI and piriformis injection, no improvement. Any ideas for DX tests?
