Left lower back, buttock, leg pain ×3weeks. 10 days of steriod no help. Pain worse when sitting, standing & walking. Pain varies, worst in buttock. Tried piriformis stretches but increases pain.

Sciatica: Sounds like sciatica. Steroids are fine but not the only treatment. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories - Naproxen or Ibuprofen need to be continued. Physical therapy should be tried. Very important to have good mattress as you spend much time lying down. Sometimes stronger pain killers may be used to help stay active. Occasionally back brace helps. If worse, have your doc order imaging.
