Bio
I completed my undergraduate studies at Boston University, earned a M.S.Ed in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami, and then began my medical career by attaining a D.O. degree at Nova-Southeastern University. Afterwards, I traveled to Detroit, Michigan for an Internship at Botsford General Hospital and an orthopaedic surgery residency was then performed at the Medical Center of Independence in Kansas City, Missouri. I finished his training by doing a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Philadelphia at Pennsylvania Hospital. Subsequent to that I completed a Fellowship in Stem Cell Therapy by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Currently I am the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics, the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. Dr. Gorin is fluent in both English and Spanish.
