I am experiencing feeling anxious (worsened by: psychological stress) . the following also describe me: nervousness, poor concentration, lack of pleasure, and decreased energy level. what should i do?

Emotional tension: Your symptoms suggest that you have considerable anxiety and likely an element of depression. There is good treatment to get over this probelm but you need to visit a good physiican who can counsel you, monitor you and give an antidepressant under his/her supervision. You should also change your life style if possible. Stress reduction requires you to slow down with your work and exercise/walking.
