Face swelling s/p RT: It may be superior vena cava syndrome with obstruction of the superior vena cava , either as a result of fibrosis - you had RT which can cause fibrosis or thrombosis you had cancer which makes one hypercoagulable, or if you had a device like a port (on the right?) or recurrence of tumor. Please call your oncologist or go to ER TODAY
