My total protein serum is high 81g/l, and kidney function is 88ml/min, does this indicate any possible causes for concern? ie, kidney disease or something eles? also ve high hdl and non epileptic seizures[cause unknown]

Probably nothing: You're too young for plasma cell myeloma to be a significant risk and it's most likely that you were just a little dehydrated / thirsty. The GFR estimates on these new chemical profiles are subscientific and all well-muscled athletes test as kidney patients.
