does this indicate any possible causes for concern?

Probably nothing: You're too young for plasma cell myeloma to be a significant risk and it's most likely that you were just a little dehydrated / thirsty. The GFR estimates on these new chemical profiles are subscientific and all well-muscled athletes test as kidney patients. I'd be thankful for good health, and next time your blood is drawn, drink a glass or two of water first.
