Yes and no: Stress can lead to insomnia and that can lead to exacerbation of a physiological tremor as well as essential tremor and poor seizure control. Alternatively there are also certain seizures that are associated with tremulousness outside of an attack (i.e. Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy or JME). If you are not sleeping well, this should be addressed first. If no insomnia then you may need further eval.
