Epilespy : Epilespy is a condition that is considered a contraindication for having thermage procedure done. You are correct to speculate that the excessive heat could prompt a siezure, however it is more the concurrent illness in general that prompts the contraindication. It is not recommended.

Thermage: I have not heard of anyone having a seizure with thermage, but with your history, i would for sure consult with your neurologist. Make sure you continue to take your medication.
