Modestly elevated blood pressure will not provoke seizures in epileptics, but severely elevated malignant hypertension could indeed be associated with independent seizure activity (but the latter is a medical emergency and is unlikely to afflict most.) Your anti-epileptic medication should provide sufficient protection from seizure activity even with blood pressure fluctuations.
