epilepsy means you are or have had seizures. No association of seizures and BP that I know and have been doing Hypertension research for 50 years.

Modestly elevated blood pressure will not provoke seizures in epileptics, but severely elevated malignant hypertension could indeed be associated with independent seizure activity (but the latter is a medical emergency and is unlikely to afflict most.) Your anti-epileptic medication should provide sufficient protection from seizure activity even with blood pressure fluctuations.
