How does a male in their 50s end up with a seizure only one time and told epilepsy cause of lpd found on eeg..normal ct and mri?

The complexities of the causes of epileptic seizures cannot be glibly addressed herein. But one event is NOT epilepsy. Currently, no driving, activities at heights, use of power equipment. DO find a second opinion from an experienced neurologist. This needs a full assessment by an expert, as said above.
