3 years ago i had scabies and got treatment from my dermatologist, however i am still having the dead mites come out of my skin is this common? and is there anything i can do to speed this up any?

Not common: generally speaking, assuming you were treated correctly this should not recur unless living parasites are present in your bedding or clothing. The eggs ( ova) should have been killed off after your original treatment: time to return to your skin specialist.
