I was diagnosed with excessive hyperhidrosis my dermatologist prescribed the botox therapy which my medical scheme declined i have tried many products dryclore, perspirex etc which left me with broken irritated skin are there any other alternatives?

See dermatologist: I would see your dermatologist and ask about oral agents to help control the sweating. There also is a medicated pad that you might wipe in the affected area to help reduce sweating. Finally, there are a few medical devices that help to destroy some of the affected sweat glands.
