Hi have a red mark on my right foot. uneven edges, almost like a ring worm but larger. i've seen a dermatologist and he said that it is only dead skin, but it is growing? i am not using anything should i get a second opinion?

Yes: It's your right, some skin diseases develop over time , when diagnosis is in doubt, a biopsy may be in order, best wishes
