Mgt: A virtual consult may be helpful to you and your PCP. I would suggest including your imaging and PFT results. Your allergies may be a separate problem. There is also asthma COPD syndrome which can be considered.

I had a PFR test for asthma 6 years ago. The reading came back normal, all between 96-102%. I do feel burning and wheezing in chest sometimes. Would this test rule out asthma or copd definitively? Or more tests needed to confirm.
