That's fine!: An oxygen level of 95-98% is great. That is more than enough for your tissues to do fine. The best thing you can do for yourself now is not start smoking again.

Ok: Great that you stopped smoking. Encourage others to avoid smoking and copd. You will be ok at 95 on room air but likely short of breath with exercize. Over time you may stabilize or improve a bit.
