COPD and GERD: You need to set of medications one is for the reexacerbation of COPD and the other one is for the GERD. So, for the COPD you can use antibiotic , bronchodilator , expectorant cough medication and systemic steroid pill. For the GERD you probably will need some H2 receptor antagonists and proton pump inhibitor. So, you need to see a doctor in person. Go to urgent care if your doctor not around.
