No: Why risk going in an unusual environmental condition such as a sauna? It stresses your body temperature you already have a UTI. If the irregular heart rate returns then you may need to go back into the hospital. If it is really something you are wanting to do then think about taking a friend with you and how you would manage it if your heart became irregular and you needed emergency treatment
