Culture: I assume a urine culture has been done by now so you need some home preventive tips and a visit to urologist to evaluate for structural abnormalities. Drink more water,urinate frequently to empty bladder, avoid tight clothing clean to the back always

Warfarin was discontinued, 1 day later INR still 5.5! On day 3 AFTER warfarin discontinued, started antibiotic Bactrim for UTI. Then 2 days later~[now 5 days off warfarin]~INR is checked &lab shows it rose to 6.4! Would you recommend Vit K to correct?
