Unlikely: To be considered a temperature is needs to be over 100.5, if you have had a fever for more than a month, you need to be seen by a physician, and reevaluated if you have already seen one. Pansinusitis, especially if treated, should not cause a fever for this long. You need a thorough work up for other possible causes of your fever. Coughing from it for that long is possible, but not a fever.
