Probably just a cold: Low grade fever associated with upper respiratory tract symptoms is usually caused by a viral infection, most typically one of the viruses that cause the common cold. URI: He probably has a viral infection.Run a cool mist humidifier,use saline nose drops.If he is eating poorly and irritable get him checked out because he is only 3 months old.
