Head hit: The real issue is was there a loss of consciousness? also if this is just one episode of nausea - its not a problem. Is there any vision changes? Are there any headaches? Are you taking anything that makes you prone to bleeding?

Sounds like head: trauma and I doubt a true concussion- best to get examined and checked due to associated nausea, Look for danger signs: severe nausea with vomiting, stiff neck, double vision or visual difficulties, change in speech/slurred speech or fainting. Get checked today.

Most likely: Consult a physician if symptoms are persistent or any new symptoms develop. https://www.healthline.com/health/head-injury#diagnosis

Concussion : Could be a mild concussion. If no other symptoms develop then you should be good. Good Luck
